SOLANA COMMUNITY CONCEPT

Share the fees.
Build toward
the race.

The ambition behind GGC is to help community members build funds toward entering the GMGN trading competition. Our proposed model would share 30% of eligible creator-fee revenue with eligible holders—giving them a potential contribution toward their competition budget.

THE PURPOSE / FEES TOWARD THE RACE

Help the community build
toward a place in the competition.

The idea is simple: share a portion of creator fees so community members could build funds toward joining the GMGN trading competition.

GGC is about more than following the race. Its central ambition is to help people work toward participating. If implemented, the proposed model would allocate 30% of eligible creator-fee revenue to eligible holders. Members could choose to put any rewards they actually receive toward their competition budget, subject to the organizer’s rules.

That is the purpose behind our neon-green racing frog: a community looking toward the starting line together. GGC is an independent Solana community-token concept inspired by the GMGN competition, with no official affiliation or endorsement.

This is an ambition, not a promise of income or funded entry. Rewards are not implemented, depend on actual eligible fee revenue and could be zero. There is no assurance that they would cover any competition funding requirement. Token losses could exceed rewards received.

Before this idea can become real, we need a verified token, clear eligibility and fee-routing rules, an implemented distribution mechanism and auditable payouts. Entry requirements and permitted funding sources must be checked against the organizer’s current rules.

30%

Proposed holder allocation

30% of eligible creator-fee revenue would be allocated to eligible holders, subject to implementation and actual fee collection.

30% holders70% uses to be finalized

This is a revenue split, not a token-supply allocation. It is not 30% of trading volume or Solana network fees.

01

Collect real creator fees

Define the fee source, collection wallet and eligible revenue before launch.

02

Implement the distribution

Publish the mechanism, holder eligibility, exclusions, costs and payout schedule. These rules are not finalized.

03

Make every payout auditable

Publish finalized transaction receipts and reconcile them with fee collection and holder snapshots.

ONE HOLDER POOL / PROPORTIONAL SHARES

More eligible GGC held. A larger share of the pool.

The proposed 30% allocation is shared among all eligible holders. Your portion would be based on the number of eligible GGC tokens you hold—not their changing dollar value.

Your proposed allocationCollected eligible creator fees × 30% × your share of eligible GGC holdings

Your holding share = your eligible GGC balance ÷ total eligible GGC balances. Multiple token accounts belonging to one wallet would be combined.

Illustrative example: 10 SOL of creator fees → 3 SOL shared holder pool

These are hypothetical allocations before any final treatment of costs and rounding, not real payouts. The holding measurement period, exclusions and payout rules are still to be finalized. Rewards are not implemented and may be zero; a larger holding does not guarantee profit or enough money to enter the competition.

Sample inputs are fictional, not live project data. Allocation = collected eligible creator fees × 30% × (your eligible GGC balance ÷ all eligible GGC holdings). The total is eligible holdings, not necessarily the token’s total supply, and includes your balance. Results are illustrative before costs and rounding—not an earnings forecast or payout entitlement. Eligibility, holding measurement and payout rules are not finalized; rewards are not implemented.

THE PAYMENT FLOW / PROPOSED

From collected fees
to holders’ wallets.

NOT LIVE

The intended system sends SOL directly to eligible wallet owners. Holders would not need to pay a claim fee, share a seed phrase or connect to this website to receive a transfer.

01

Collect and reconcile Pump.fun creator fees

Reserve 30% of verified eligible creator-fee revenue for holders. Track fee receipts separately from wallet deposits and token purchases.

02

Measure eligible holdings

Proposed initial method: one finalized balance snapshot per daily reward period. Combine token accounts by wallet owner and apply published exclusions. Snapshot timing and the final eligibility policy remain to be approved.

03

Calculate and carry forward

Divide the pool in proportion to eligible GGC balances. Proposed minimum: 0.001 SOL per wallet; smaller allocations accumulate for later periods. This threshold and the treatment of excluded or former holders are not finalized.

04

Review, send and publish receipts

A separate operator tool reviews recipients and amounts, then submits transfers from the rewards wallet. Transaction costs would be funded separately in this proposed design. Only successfully finalized transfers would count as paid.

WHAT IS PREPARED

Payout planning and devnet transfer tooling

An operator-side planner calculates integer-lamport allocations, carries forward small amounts and produces a review file. A devnet-only sender is included for testing with test SOL.

WHAT IS STILL REQUIRED

Verified launch data and production review

GGC has not launched. The mint, rewards wallet, fee-source verification, complete holder snapshot and finalized rules are needed before mainnet distribution can be enabled. This site cannot currently send rewards.

Daily timing and the minimum are draft parameters, not a payout promise. Small allocations carried forward are bookkeeping records, not evidence of a transfer. A single snapshot may reward short-term holdings; time-weighted measurement can be considered before rules are finalized.

No verified receipts are available. This site does not connect wallets, claim rewards or initiate transactions.

A production tracker requires finalized chain reads, fee-vault reconciliation and documented holder snapshots. A JSON status flag is not verification.
